“Fire and Ice” Medium: Fused glass, crystal alabaster Price: $4550.00 Dimensions: 27” h x 15”w x 15”d
This sculpture started out from a large crystal alabaster stone with an irregular shape. After studying the stone, I began to get the feel for it. As I sculpted the stone, I wanted to create dramatic angles. During the process I had an idea to add fused glass to the finished piece which would create new element to the sculpture. The final result was “Fire and Ice”.
This sculpture is now being Judged in the 36th Annual All Florida Juried Exhibition being held at the Alliance for the Arts in Ft Myers,Fl.
